 Peak Season: July 1st to Labor Day(Sept 2nd). All rooms $125 per night(Sunday-Thursday), and $150 per night.(Friday-Saturday).
Mid Season/Off season Rates: Jan 1st to June 30th, 2013. And Sept 3rd thru Dec 31st, 2013. All rooms $75 per night.
Rates subject to change on holidays and during promotions. No minimum stay required.
No minimum stay required. We gladly accept walk-ins. Check-in time is 2pm-8pm, and check-out time is 11am.
Deposit for two nights or more requires a one night deposit. One night stay will require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy: A cancellation notice must be given 1 week in advance for a full refund. If cancellation is given less than 1 week in advance, and the room can be rented, a full refund will be given. No refund will be given for cancellation due to weather or early departure.
We accept Visa/Mastercard.
All rooms are double occupancy. No refrigerators in rooms. Flat screen TV in common area living room. Children 15 and up welcome. Guestrooms are non-smoking. No pets please. |
